The events of the cartoon unfold in an alternate universe, on Earth, inhabited by ancient civilization. Here, in the kingdom of Lumandra, lives a fearless warrior of Paradise (Kelly Marie Tran). She is charming and friendly, has a passionate heart and above all strives to find the last surviving dragon. But so far, Paradise does not understand exactly where to look for this amazing creature. Meanwhile, Sisu (Aquafina) lives in the water column. She is left completely alone and does not know what awaits her in the future. However, under certain conditions, she can become a person and live a new life.
The fantasy musical animated film «Raya and the Last Dragon» is a new project by Walt Disney, the 59th in a row, created on the basis of the studio. In May 2018, it became known that work is underway on the original plot, the working title of which was «Dragon Empire». Adele Lim («Crazy Rich Asians») was invited to write the script. Debutants Paul Briggs and Dean Wellins will direct. |
